How we work

Every engagement starts on-site. We read the real code, meet the people who’ll use the software, and leave the first visit with a plan we wrote together: scope, priorities and what done looks like. Then we build, with regular demos, and support it virtually for as long as you want us.

How a trip works

1. We drive to you. The first days of any engagement are on-site. We sit with the people who do the work, read the real code and see the real constraints.
2. We stay as long as you need. Days or weeks. We build in the room with you until it’s running.
3. We support you from the road. Once it’s live, you get a direct line to us, virtually, for as long as you want it.
