AI implementation that does real work
Not a chatbot bolted to your homepage. We sit with the people answering your phones, quoting jobs and chasing invoices, find the hours AI can take off their plate, and build that.
Start a conversation Take the rideWhat we actually build
Most of the AI work a small or mid-size business needs isn’t glamorous, and that’s the point. It’s the two or three hours a day your office manager spends re-typing the same information, or the quotes that go out a day late because one person is the bottleneck. We look for those first.
- Intake and triage. Phone calls, web forms and emails turned into clean, categorized records your team can act on.
- Scheduling and dispatch. Appointment requests matched to availability, confirmations and reminders sent without anyone touching them.
- Quotes and proposals. Drafts generated from your pricing rules and past jobs, ready for a human to approve.
- Documents. Invoices, contracts, inspection reports and forms read, filled and filed.
- Follow-ups. The second and third touch that never happens because everyone is busy.
- Reporting. Plain-language answers to “how did we do last month” from the systems you already have.
Why on-site matters for AI
AI projects fail when they’re designed from a conference room. The workflow on the whiteboard is never the workflow at the front desk. By spending our first days in your building we see where the real friction is, which tools people actually open, and what “done” needs to look like for the person who’ll use it every day. We serve Chattanooga and East Tennessee first, and we’ll drive anywhere in the US for the right project.
A typical first project
Two to four weeks. One workflow. A clear before-and-after measurement, like hours saved per week or quotes sent per day. We’d rather win one real problem than demo ten. After that, we support it virtually and talk about what’s next.
How a trip works
- We drive to you. The first days of any engagement are on-site. We sit with the people who do the work, read the real code and see the real constraints.
- We stay as long as you need. Days or weeks. We build in the room with you until it’s running.
- We support you from the road. Once it’s live, you get a direct line to us, virtually, for as long as you want it.
Questions we get
Do we need to be a tech company to use AI?
No. Most of our AI work is for contractors, clinics, shops, firms and service businesses. If your team spends time copying information from one place to another, there is probably a project.
Which AI tools do you use?
Whatever fits the job and your budget. We build on the major model providers and connect to the software you already run. You own what we build.
What about our data?
We design each project around where your data is allowed to go, and we’ll tell you plainly what leaves your systems and what doesn’t.
How much does it cost?
A first project is usually scoped as a fixed price after the on-site visit, so you know the number before we build.
